Margarito used to be dangerous but after the Pac fight, he was a shell of his former self. In a perfect world, cotto rematch wouldnt even have been sanctioned with his eye like that.

Punishable by suspension. If you get caught trying to Rob a store the police just don't let you go. It's "attempted armed robbery" still a crime even though you weren't successful.
