One of the greatest fights in the Mexico Puerto Rico rivalry. Margarito's ability in his prime to take punches and keep coming forward was crazy.

Margarito used to be dangerous but after the Pac fight, he was a shell of his former self. In a perfect world, cotto rematch wouldnt even have been sanctioned with his eye like that.

Common sense? Cotto had a dead man in front of him. Why fight so scared? Anybody who is hell bent on revenge wouldnt box and move so much especially against a one eyed jack.

Cotto got assisted to a victory, cool, but let’s not make it sound like some monumental victory lol. That was a lame fight.

Why should Cotto take an unnecessary risk when he didn’t have to?
He fought a smart fight and secured a dominant victory.
