I think at this stage if Hearn was lying about his offers team Wilder will be quick to say he is lying if he was lying. I’m sure all will be revealed. However what I will say is that Deontay has no intention of fighting Joshua next even if he was offered 45%.
I think Wilder and his team were adamant about not discussing Joshua in any detail and in recent interviews he has not been asked about any offers. I don't really see what Wilder has to gain by publicly rebuking anything Hearn says when they're full intention is to fight the rematch.

Are you saying that the email from last year that created radio silence had a 40% offer or that the statement Hearn made was in essence a 40% offer?

Remind me when Frank has a decent earner on his roster. Dude talks a big game, but until Fury beat Wlad, Frank's stable was worth Jack sht.

        Quick point of order:

Fury was NOT promoted by Warren when he fought Klitschko. He was with Mick Hennessy back then. He only signed with Warren upon regaining his boxing licence, in 2018 - part of decision to completely split with his old team and rebuild his career anew.

That said - you are correct. When compared to the stable represented by Matchroom and Matchroom USA, Frank Warren is a minnow. I'm not even sure who his World Champions are, other than Josh Warrington.

In order to generate publicity, he has invented the lie that Fury is the definite number 1 heavyweight in the World and that, somehow, the man without a blemish on his record, who holds 4 out of 5 belts and who is recognized as top dog by RING, Boxrec, TBRD, ESPN and CBS Sports, is only number 3.

If you're talking about world title belts, he has 3 out of 4. If you're talking about belts that hold your pants up, he has dozens.

I think the problem with Hearn is he went around bragging about he had a "BILLION DOLLARS" and they will be throwing their weight around but in reality Hearns is still giving normal purse bids and losing, giving normal offers nothing that reflects all that "BILLION DOLLAR" talks he yapped for so much.

Wilder was guaranteed $4m, but apparently ended up making near $15m.

The beauty of quietly negotiating a fight, agreeing to a split near 55/45 Wilder, and having everyone involved, together, do everything in their power to make the event as big as possible.

Near $15m in the pot on US TV (cable/satellite traditionals, plus the ones sold directly by Showtime online), over $3m on the live event, who knows how much more coming from the UK PPV and event sponsors, and all the other revenues. 250k PPV buys covered the costs and purses for the event, and anything beyond that was basically upside for Wilder/Fury and their promoters.

Hearn ****ed up, because now Wilder and Fury are again quietly negotiating another fight, the split will likely be near 50/50, and they'll both again hustle their butts off for this fight, likely splitting double what they split on the first one.
