Arum was talking Spence/Craword on Co-PPV even before UFC launched their first show on ESPN. I really don't know what they do with Crawford next. Possibly throw even more money to DSG? If you make say Spence/Pac next and Thurman/Porter, maybe TR can throw 5M at DSG for a Crawford showdown? Though Al will likely want DSG to get a title shot against the winner of the two fights I listed.

I don't know, but going to be interesting to see how this unfolds. I do think Spence will eventually force the Crawford fight one way or another before he moves up to 154.
Crawford will probably fight Kavaliauskas next, since he's WBO #1 @ 147! What Arum needs is a Top 10 WW for the "Mean Machine" to fight, to build up the Crawford fight! Maybe WBO #7 Custio Clayton, or #11 Luis Collazo will do the trick? I know he doesn't want to do this, but maybe he should let Kavaliauskas fight Bes***** on the Crawford vs. Khan undercard. Winner gets Bud!

-Spence-Mikey on FOXPPV in March, Spence-Porter/Ugas on FOXPPV or SHOPPV in August (just before the start of football season), Spence-Danny on FOXPPV or SHOPPV in December/January 2020 (either during the lull before bowl season or after the NFL Playoffs), and Thurman-Spence late spring 2020.

-Thurman-Lopez on FOX tonight, Thurman-Pacquiao on SHOPPV in July, Thurman-TBA on FOX in December/January 2020, and Thurman-Spence (likely for SHOPPV) late Spring 2020.

-Wilder-Fury on SHOPPV in December 2018, Wilder-Fury 2 on SHOPPV in May/June, and Wilder-Joshua on SHOPPV or Wilder-Breazeale on FOXPPV or SHOPPV in Fall/Winter.

Spacing things out March/May/July/August/December/January 2020, and them May 2020, Crawford is going to be on the outside looking in for a long time.

Khan really doesn't have many holes in his game; his issue is that he's got a fatal flaw that derives almost directly from years and years of focusing on his gift of fast hands. He rushes into combinations the same way and stays around too long. Virgil has done his damnedest to try and break that habit, but Khan has only kind of taken to the fix The expectation is that Khan will be Khan, fall into his old habits at some point, and Crawford (with OK pop at 147lbs, but nothing really hard) will catch him late with a blind shot.

Mikey Garcia and Errol Spence Jr is an entirely different fight though, in the sense that both guys are sharp boxer-punchers (with Mikey likely having a touch more sheer craft), Spence is southpaw, and Spence will likely be in the ring with about 10lbs more of functional than Garcia has (I fully expect to see Spence come in as a sturdy 161-162lbs while Mikey comes in a bit doughy 155-156lbs).

In matchups where the skills are generally paralleled, things don't usually end up going well for the smaller guy. Should be a great fight, but if Spence starts snowballing on Mikey, I expect Robert to protect his brother.

Spence has to get by mikey first, right mikey off of you want to, be has forgotten more about boxing than Spence has learned at this point.
The real question, though, is what happens when Spence-Mikey does over 300k (Fox Sports will end up with a near five-month marketing push for this fight, with all of FOX's assets in use and Showtime/CBS not ignoring the fight either), while Crawford-Khan barely does over 150k (targeting support programming to goose the number is cool and all, but there's still no mention of what Crawford did on ESPN+, and there's no smoke and mirrors to hide for a PPV)?

Spence-Porter, Spence-Pacquiao, and Spence-Thurman should all draw well more than that, and even Spence-Ugas should top the 300k mark.

Why would Showtime/CBS or FOX split anything with ESPN, seeing that likely Crawford-Khan number and boxing folks knowing that Top Rank doesn't have a welterweight with even half of Khan's starpower for Crawford's next fight?

Putting Crawford in with Khan who is only there through his faded name is not the best set up to be talking this way.

If Spence and Mikey Garcia is a successful event I think Errol Spence and Crawford should be next!!

You're right. I don't think Mikey will get knocked out since he can take punishment and I feel he will have success in spots, Spence doesn't have great defense. But I think Spence will wear him down with body shots and good attack upstairs enough to win a UD.

As far as Crawford-Khan is concerned. I love my guy but I really give him 0 chance to win. I think there is a possibility he stuns Crawford but thats about it. After the first few rounds it will be a wrap.

Somebody gets it. PBC is basically UFC-lite now in terms of annual revenue. Not to mention the supporting fights.
