The IBF has a 10 lb mandatory limit. Because jacobs cheated and skipped the weigh in against ggg and now he's forced to comply with the rules all of a sudden jacobs is now being weigh drained. LOL.

He did so last fight as well vs Derevyanchenko. So not like this is the first time for him.

No they got rid of it for unification fights which this one is. The 10 pound weight thing is strictly a Canelo demand. Jacobs is not going to be at full strength. That's why they insisted on it and put it in the contract.

I'm a big Golovkin fan but Jacobs didn't cheat. He declined to defend the IBF belt by skipping the weigh in. I wasn't happy about it but he didn't cheat.

Daryl Peoples told ESPN. "We changed the second-day weigh-in for unifications after we received a request from one of our members. We had discussed changing the rule prior to the request.

--- I don't like it, but WBC instituted 5 weigh ins, the last being the AM of the fight with a 10lb weight gain restriction.

After that, it's off to the races.

Junior, not your fault you were born a plodder. Blame parents!
