Considering Haymon's welters are lucky if they earn $2M per fight, I'd say Arum isn't wrong. Porter/Garcia their combined purse was $3M and change. These guys should be marquee fighters earning 8-digits by now when you consider all of the talent he has hoarded at 147 for all these years.

      October 28, 2016:

Unified junior welterweight world champion Terence Crawford is poised to defend his crown against contender John Molina Jr. on Dec. 10 now that the camps have come to an agreement, Top Rank promoter Bob Arum told ESPN on Friday...

If Crawford-Molina is finalized, it will be something of a milestone in that it would mark the first time in many years -- other than the 2015 mega fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao -- that Top Rank and manager/adviser Al Haymon, creator of Premier Boxing Champions, have agreed to match their fighters together in a non-mandatory bout.

The nuts and bolts of the deal were negotiated by Top Rank vice president Carl Moretti and Tom Brown of TGB Promotions, but Arum and Haymon had to first sign off.

"I have absolutely no problem making fights with Haymon now. I respect him as a very smart guy, and I would do business with my fighters on his cards and I have no problem offering his fighters opportunities to fight my fighters on my cards," Arum said. "That wasn't true when we were in litigation, but the litigation is over now."

Without a purse bid, has any Top Rank fighters appeared on Showtime or Fox vs. any PBC fighters? Was Loma vs. Linares shown live on HBO, or ESPN? Was Hooker vs. Saucedo on DAZN or ESPN?

Who on Earth does arum have worth fighting not named Bud Crawford? The king of in house fights complaining about someone else doing in-house fights? By pissing on pbc to the media and trying to sue pbc is the sure fire way to get deals done

Mr. in-house has some nerve, you only want to work with other promoters because all your fighters have left you and your stable is weak, GET LOST!!!

Arum only cares about keeping himself and his company afloat.

If one day it means keeping everything in-house then that's what he does...if the next day it means reaching out to other promoters for fights that his guys are favored to win, then that's what he does.

But never is it a priority to him to be looking out for the best interests of the sport or for what the fans want. You can count on that.

Nothing says "let's be friends," better than a lawsuit! Al gave him Felix Diaz and John Molina for Crawford, on HBO! Bob let Loma and Gvozdyk fight on SHO, only because TR lost the purse bid! Bob is saying nice things about Oscar and Hearn, because Linares and Hooker fought his fighters on ESPN. Let's see if Loma fights Crolla on DAZN, or Ramirez fights Hooker on DAZN!

Exactly, can't believe some people are actually buying into his BS. LOL When Arum had the decent talent, just about every fight he made was in house. Now, he's blaming Haymon for the same things he used to do? Hypocrisy at it's finest!

He just said a few days ago he's only interested in Spence or Thurman for Crawford and no one else that doesn't exactly sound like someone eager to get together with other promoters on a regular basis..

As if Arum hasn't kept his welters in house in the recent past.

Uh oh....somebody's old golden goose has a fight this weekend and he has absolutely NOTHING to do with it! No control whatsoever, now we have to hear the ignorance. He'll live.
