Porter believes Pac maybe the 1st one to beat Broner by KO, he knows Pac very well because he used to be one of Pac’s sparring partners.Last edited by Bluebird; 01-16-2019, 07:50 PM.Comment

No it wasn't. That's what Victor Conte and VADA sold you.
Using creative advertising lingo such as "CIR testing every time". Lol.
Compared to real ADOs that test everyone from amateur to professionals - CIR isn't done every time. Correct.
However it has been revealed when it comes to professional boxing and USADA not only was every sample CIR tested but every sample is monitored by ABP software which is like forensic evidence to a prosecutor.
And biological passport monitoring is something VADA doesn't do.
Funny thing is VADA doesn't even have the necessary funding to CIR test all the fighters enrolled in the 360 program. Lol.
"Mcdowells"
Changed the W to a V and literally copy and pasted the WADA code on their website. Smh.Comment

Goes on a rant but fail to address the basic reason why his hero didn't apply for the exemption for something he already took until 3 weeks after the fight yet Pac has never failed a test, never caught in any drug testing or TUE dilemma but yet we should accuse and crucify him for being a PED user cos their hero said so, typical fanboys.
My opinion is based on independent research from reliable sources.
To answer your question: There isn't a documented timeline in which a retro TUE must be applied for as per the official WADA code.
Could be as simple as waiting for test results or diagnosis in order for the doctor to complete his portion of the TUE application.
But I know..... 3 weeks is a lot because a hater told you it was. Just like 1500ml.
But just remember I told you....
Floyd adhered to the TUE process and honors WADA protocols.
Manny AVOIDS the TUE process and AVOIDED WADA for YEARS.
Edit : Bob Arum went on record and claims they received a TUE from USADA for TORAODL. lol. 3 weeks doe. ClownLast edited by Dosumpthin; 01-17-2019, 12:24 AM.Comment
