Thanks I was going to actually go into the circumvention of the process that his hero took but saw u already did that and never mind to-date, we still dont know what the substance is. To answer your question: There isn't a documented timeline in which a retro TUE must be applied for as per the official WADA code.

Could be as simple as waiting for test results or diagnosis in order for the doctor to complete his portion of the TUE application.

But I know..... 3 weeks is a lot because a hater told you it was. Just like 1500ml.


But just remember I told you....

Floyd adhered to the TUE process and honors WADA protocols.

Manny AVOIDS the TUE process and AVOIDED WADA for YEARS.

Dumb ass, I ask a simple question. Address the fact that it took 3 weeks for the TUE to come to light with the commission sanctioning the fight unaware and fluid being administered at the boxers house with usada no where to be found. Why wasn't that declared on his preflight card either. Of course, u cant answer cos you are biased and your fanboyism wont let you. You seem to know a lot about what Manny is taking and his cheating ways.
