Even Victor Conte, who once claimed to be amogst the founders of VADA, admits certain peds can only be detected using a biological passport approach. Since VADA is NOT a WADA signatory, they do not have access to the Athlete Biological Passport software DESPITE using WADA accredited labs. To my knowledge VADA hasn't created their own passport testing.


Even though VADA is the cheaper alternative, Broner should've used USADA who in fact does ABP testing in conjuction with everything else.


Especially since they already have established a biological passport from Pacquiao samples in 2015. Thanks to Floyd.

Pacquiao was clearly beaten by Horn then he beat Matthysse who know one knows how much he had left in the tank. Because of this it's not easy to know how good Pacquiao is. This fight might not be as one sided as everyone wants to believe. We will see come fight night especially now that both fighters got tested.
