his speed, explosiveness is still there as seen in training. what im more worried about is his reflex. this will get to him first before losing his speed, etc.

Training is one thing.

Nigel Benn is in his 50's and been retired for 20 years or more and still looks explosive and quick on the pads and bag but has no business being in a ring.

Not that i'm comparing those two of course, Manny is still a world level active fighter, but i would never put too much stock in a fighter looking great in training. Anyone that was a good boxer and still relatively fit will look impressive doing training methods.
