Why isn't female boxing at the same popularity as female MMA?

Dana White once said he'd never have WMMA in the UFC. Then he realized people he could actually make some money off Ronda and as always money talks, BS walks. They marketed her as an unstoppable beast and it worked until she was thrashed by Holm.
I don't think any business pushes equality for social reasons. It makes good business sense.

The UFC sees an untapped market. 50% of the population.

Often, that's what it means to be progressive. And, yes, I see Dana as progressive. He's done done amazing things with UFC. He certainly hasn't just maintained it.

women in the UFC and in MMA hurt each other actually, whereas in boxing, you barely see any KOs in female fights

Because of the depletion of real men. Male MMA fans are the type who attend slutwalks with "I'm a slut" text painted on their chest and they are subjugated by their feminist girlfriends at home. MMA is run by the feminist mafia.

People have been saying this for nearly 30 years. Boxing is a national pastime in most countries, it is a simple working class sport infact? It is the last real working class sport. It is not elitist, and anybody with the courage to throw a punch in anger or self defense can do it 'The gentlemen's sport' It is not the sport which makes boxing it is he fighters. So it is not the sport which is dying, legends retire and leave voids 'And then all the people start crying? Oh boxing is dying, it is the same in most individual sports'...'This is what people inside of their minds psychologically need to understand and accept'

And even if boxing was dying, who cares? Why do people let the mainstream consumers of the world run their lives and influence their interests. If there is a boxing fight schedule with somebody who I am interested in? I will watch the fight. It is irrelevant on whether the mainstream is interested or not.

As human beings we have afew basic instincts, which are to eat, and to survive. And to survive we ether have to fight or perform some sort of athletic ability, at a fundamental level.

If there was some kind of war in the last days, which wiped out or dramatically change civilization as we know it 'And plunge this world into a post apocalyptic war-zone? Nobody is going to care about NBA Basketball, nobody is going to care about NFL, nobody is going to care about Soccer, Tennis or Golf.

All people will care about on a fundamental level is? How fast can you run, or outlast a threat, and can you fight? So taking this information into account, Boxing cannot fundamentally die. All these traditional Olympic sports, wrestling, rowing, track an field. They cannot die, because on a instinctual level, that is all that matters. Bouncing a ball, or kicking a ball about somewhere is not going to save you, in those end days.

In a post apocalyptic world, simple boxing would be the worlds number 1 sport. In order to make a living or survive, MMA or UFC is not quite a working class sport in my opinion. And it does not have the history or culture of boxing, this is a man's sport 'This is the gentleman's sport'.

It may fade, but it will always ALWAYS be there. 'It is man's sport and a fundamental instinct'.

Note: There is a ****** element to female success in MMA. I don't want to discredit those women to much, but I think part of there mainstream success is because of the ****** element.

Female MMA fighters get pushed by the UFC (heck, even Bellator). They have spots given to them on big cards, they get airtime, and get invested in.

Who's doing that for female boxers? No one. They're all managed by a Promoter with absolutely no clue how to make their client a star, and nowhere near the resource to do it even if they knew how.

Make T? You do know they're drug tested right? I mean they're not hiding Jon Jones results I doubt they would hide the girls results.

Every girl that is fit doesn't have ****.

A lot of the time watching women box it looks like too few of them have power. Maybe they should make the gloves smaller.

I said they take T not make it. in the NFL and MLB they are allowed to take T to bring their levels up to a 21 year old man. that was allowed so I do not see why they would bother testing for it. it amazes me that people think the testing is structured to catch people. if it was the industries would collapse. tests are done NOT to catch any one only supreme ******s get caught. look at the cyborg holyfield goes from a skinny LH then CW to Mr Universe in 2 years. never got caught. tests results no different then a politician making promises in a speech

Even if it wasn't, people still wouldn't watch because they're marketed terribly.
