Thurman has no problem facing Spence, Its just that when a fighter is injured or hasn't been in the gym due to a looong layoff or personal problems, he just doesnt have that confidence factor to "call out" a threat (like Spence).....Fighters have admitted and demonstrated as much. Garcia is faaar to one-dimensional for Spence, so he aint callin' out jack! I agree with you on Porter, but he seems to be coming out of that shell. Mikey thinks it is better to lose to a bigger guy in Spence, than to lose to a small guy (Lomachenko). Loma is more skilled than him. Losing to Loma would ruin his legacy. Losing to Spence would not do that.
