The Linares fight didn’t happen because GB told Mikey that if he wanted that fight he would have to sign a 3 fight promotional contract. When Mikey has made it clear he doesn’t want to sign with any promotor. So when he refused, GB made the fight with Bob and Loma. Again, it takes 2 to tango. And Loma doesn’t want to dance. One last thing. Do you respond to everyone

What have you presented, nothing, linares has nothing to do with this, you keep saying fights are easy to make if BOTH FIGHTERS WANT IT, BOB FING RANG TO ORGANISE IT, SO OBVIOUSLY LOMA WANTED THE FIGHT, SO OBVIOUSLY 1 FIGHTER DIDNT WANT THE FIGHT, THAT LEAVES YOUR BOYFRIEND MIKEY MAKING EXCUSES, MIKEY CALLED OUT COTTO, MIKEY CALLED OUT THURMAN, DID THEY FIGHT, NO, BECAUSE MIKEY TALKS ALOT OF BSComment

So Mikey had the 135 pound WBC belt and the 140 pound IBF belt. The sanctioning rules only let him be a champ in one weight class at a time so he had a limited amount of time choose which one he wanted to keep and defend.
He sent an official letter to the IBF stating he wanted to keep his junior welterweight title and drop the lightweight belt. They accepted his decision and shortly thereafter informed him that he had to begin negotiations with Ivan The Beast Baranchyk who is the mandatory challenger.
Once he found out who his opponent was he contacted the IBF again and told them he was dropping their belt and keeping the WBC lightweight title instead. So now The Beast will be fighting someone else for the vacant title.Comment

Are u ******? You say Mickey calls out a lot af fighters but never fights them. I just explained to you why the Linares fight never happened. The Cotto fight didn’t happen because of miscommunication. And yes bob didn’t talk to Robert for the Cotto negotiations
. By the way there’s more to just ringing someone and saying they “want” to try to make a fight happen. All fighters will tell you this. Your crush Lomachenko doesn’t want that smoke.
