We already have 2 out 10 that will be facing each other (Garcia vs. Spence), but the obvious matchup that needs to happen is Monster vs. SSR! MAN UP! Make It Happen!

P4P lists piss me off. Just a pure popularity contest. No hard criteria. Who do you like more?

I always enjoy these, but do feel they should show their work. Is it about resume or is it about an evaluation of the fighter and who they view to be better relative to their best weight, personally I enjoy the latter more, but I know I am in the minority. I get most boxing fans just like to throw resumes down, but I enjoy evaluating a given fighter more than just how good his opponents were (of course bias often gets in the way here, and fighting better opposition gives a more clear picture of who you are- but thats for another time)

Also, how far do we go back if we are looking at resume? I mean SSR prior to the Chocolatito fight had a resume on par with Wilder. Clearly, the two Gonzalez fights and the Estrada fight show him to be a very good boxer, but to what extent do we hold a weak 2015 & 16 against him?

I fully understand hte subjective nature of these lists, ie do you like Loma or Crawford more etc, whoever it is, then he goes in front of the other. But whereas Loma and Crawford have increasingly deep resumes (and I think Loma's is a bit deeper than Crawfords at the moment, but that's just my opinion). I really don't understand why Spence is top 10.

Spence looks like he has the goods, but he surely hasn't done more than Thurman at 147 yet, and he hasn't stepped out of 147 to get any one upmanship vs Thurman, so why Spence ahead of Thurman ?

And back to Crawford, I think Canelo's resume is better than Crawford's, and given Canelo and Golovkin proved themselves to be equally matched, they should be equal (just pick the one you like and place above the other).

All in all, some questionable stuff there. All from the people who once had Broner in the top P4P list lol. So maybe understandable.
