A couple years ago, maybe 2016 this would be a good scrap but Tank will knock him out around 6-8 IMO.

Mares has a great shot. Greater than the odds may have it IMO. Its easy to write off overmatched opponents but this isn't a mismatch when considering Abners caliber.

Davis' inactivity coupled with bad out of ring habits can come into play here. A mares victory wouldn't surprise me a bit.

Same with Garcia, hes elite n has the skills to compensate the size difference. Spence had 1 fight against an overmatched opponent n has been inactive since. Hopefully he hasn't picked up bad habits since like his GFs, jermell n jermall.

That's exactly what Mares should've said! Funny how this is a mismatch, but Pedraza was a legit opponent for Loma! Why? Because he beat Ray Beltran? GTFOH! Tank had beat the brakes off Pedraza already! Mares lost 2 decisions to LSC, one by MD! He didn't get blasted out in 7 rounds! Haters gonna hate! This is a great fight for both, and may the best man win!

As good as Mares has been in his career he's not a 130lb fighter at this point hell he barely was 126lb as is so for you to think that he's going to be competitive with Davis I say absolutely not! Davis is going to stalk him and beat him down slowly and get him out of there in 8 rounds or less! Davis is a huge 130 and he'll be a welterweight come fight night just watch what happens to Mares!
