Why won't Crazy Eddie/Captain Contradiction just shut up? The fight had to be signed before 12/1 in order to fight 4/13 to get the proper promotion. Well that didn't happen so just move on and get something else going.
Was it me or did AJ just make matters worse Saturday talking in the ring trying to promote a fight with Dillian Whyte? SMH.
Between Hean's idiotic contradictions and AJ's awkward self promotion for a fight that's not going to happen they need to give it up and just fight someone else on 4/13. After the Fury vs Wilder rematch then try and get the fight.Comment

You av made more excuses than wilder himself.Hearn knows this isn't happening next and never wanted it to. He's saying a lot of **** now because it then gives him the excuse to say he always wanted it, but the Whyte fight has ALWAYS been on the cards. Him and AJ are chirping so much because Fury is now the man again, and his popularity is through the roof.Comment

How can AJ offer wilder 50/50 plus all his belts? You have to laugh at the desperate push of team Joshua for wilder fight especially when earlier in the year they wouldn’t give him a look in and now they are chasing him down. There is so much media spin it’s unbelievable. I think the current status is that Wilder is probably being a little more difficult now because of how he probably feels he was/is being treated by matchroom. If they really booked April 13 date for wilder they would have faced off after Joshua Povetkin but wilder was not permitted anywhere near that event. Now that wilder vs fury was one of the best heavyweight fights in a long time matchroom are not the only game in town. Wilder is on the rise he could fight plenty of other B class opposition he hasn’t hit his peak in revenue yet but Joshua on the other hand has hit his peak so while one can expect his revenue to rise the other has to accept it may fall. The buying public now aren’t happy watching Joshua fight anyone except Fury wilder, meanwhile I think the other two can get away with fight B class opponents both can fight whyte/Parker/miller and pull in big numbers while accusing team Joshua of not offering a fair slice of the pie.
Joshua is the golden goose fight for wilder and fury they know they can earn big money so why accept an offer you aren’t happy with remember that the division is lit and what fury and wilder were worth on PPV before their fight is different to what they are worth now and that value is continually going to rise so as the months go by and the clock ticks on Joshua’s reign it’s up to Joshua to decide if he wants them now or later. I’m positive if he advertised a 50/50 offer with respect they would take it. Only time will tell how the boxing politics will play out...
As a promoter, will make such deal for your fighter being in hearns position.Comment

Povetkin didn't satisfy the WBO mandatory only that of the WBA.
The WBO are next in line for mandatories of which dillian will probably satisfy if named as such before April 13th.
If there are no agreements in place by the time a mandatory is called for a unification or any exemption period has been granted and exhausted , then the mandatory will take precedent or the title will be stripped.
The best all round of wilder is looking for the fury rematch is for whyte to be named WBO mandatory prior to April 13th.. have that satisfied and then it'll be IBF later in the year. Hearn has a good relationship with the IBF and knows how to get an exemption from them which hopefully won't be necessary by then in order to face whomever holds the WBC belt.
I’m actually not so sure they will call mandatory. I suspect they will save it so they can call Usyk as manadatory. This adds an extra risk to the whole saga because if Joshua does fight Dillian and win - he could end up with Usyk & Pulev at the same time. He won’t fight pulev but could lose a belt - which ‘could’ delay any unification further.
I’m still hoping wilder takes the April date - $28m isn’t a small amount to turn down!Comment

Many people only see one fight one dimension you have to think future and strategy and play your hand. To be fair all the belts out their right now have not been earnt they have been gifted handed out like candy. The belts Joshua has are meanlingless and same for wilder they never defeated anyone of note to get them. It’s all a big game to generate revenue. Belts are used to up the percentage it’s snake oil and these promoters are snake oil salesmen. The reason 50/50 can be argued is simply based on projected revenues of the fight. I apologise before hand but if I take a fight whereby the revenue for that fight it’s 10 times higher than any fight I have been in before I’m entitled to ask for more because people want to see me fight in that match. Wilder may not be worth 50 but who knows and how do you determine it based on what premise historical numbers or belts or both I mean these are all nonsense markers to use. They are meaningless and for those of us who have the fortune to have been educated in an institution where by the clothes we wear to attend these places cost more than the entirety of the cost of your lifetime learning, we obtain at a minimum the acumen to challenge the status quo and the ******ity of their convictions when considering your views are derived from baseless information and formulated through arguably excessive abuse of drugs or alcohol or indeed the benefit from genetics that have been gifted to you through the inbreeding of your forefarthers.
In other words it can be argued any which way you choose it’s about what you use to make your argument. To be honest I couldn’t care less what percentage who gets. I’m a spectator and want to watch the best fight the best and all I see is a bunch of panzies who say one thing and do another who use media and spin to cover their real desire. Unfortunately for them there are a few of us who see right through the impotent veil and can clearly identify the smoke and mirrors and recognise that what they are witnessing is not music but just noise...
Boxing is a fickle sport it’s about the curve once an unknown enters the foray we want that person to become champion and once they become champion we yearn to see them fall.
True legends they are curve agnostic they don’t care where they are they just demonstrate heart desire guts determination and class. The reason it’s not understood is people are too focused on the statistics presented by mainstream media...
If you choose go lap it all up ...Comment

**** off already. You were being way too difficult before the Fury fight now all of a sudden he wants it more than anything.
He knows damn well Wilder and Fury have unfinished business but he wants to make it look like they want Wilder. This dude is so obviousComment

First of all Eddie Hearn said he wasn't going to put everything out in the media this time concerning Wilder vs Joshua, admitting he said too much last time. Guess that is out the door.
Is Hearn and his fans just too slow to grasp the fact that Wilder has said clearly him and Fury will fight a rematch next, so they are not interested in fighting Joshua next?Comment

Well that's because he was both hurt and disappointed that he didn't get the opportunity to challenge Joshua the last time. However, time heals all wounds and I strongly believe that if Joshua is indeed, sincere then Deontay will be more than willing to give him a second chance.Comment
