He's a superb fighter and arguably has never lost a fight. People say stuff like when he stepped up he wasn't as good, which is wrong, every fighter in history when they fight other great fighters in their division have hard fights. Was he expected to just walk through Jacobs and Canelo in a round? Golovkin would be a great in any era and I'm not saying he would beat everyone, but he'd be a hard nights work for any fighter in history.

his knockout ratio at top level was 25%-33%. What you mean is that he brought lots of 2nd tier eurolevel knockouts....which is what most world class power guys do.

BY your logic, we will look forward to your thread "You'll miss David Lemieux when hes gone", because hes another cleancut likeable guy like GGG with a string of tier 2-3 kos but who won only one title in the ring.

I'll miss clean cut guys like him though, we need more role model types in boxing for sure.

Good for him that he has made good money but as far as legacy is concerened, im afraid he hasnt done much.

GGG had a great run and will go down as a All Time Great Middleweight but the sport will go on and new stars will emerge that is just how boxing is. Nobody is going to sit around and mourn the end of a ERA instead fans will go searching for who is NEXT

But yeah while he has a lot of piece of sh#t fans (like yourself) he is a excellent fighter. It took a controversial decision to take him down so in most peoples mind he is still undefeated

The only 3 fights of his I've ever looked forward to are the two Canelo fights and Jacobs.
