Monroe should just tell the wbc that he ate bad meat off a truck. They seem to believe that excuse and will even celebrate you afterwards.

Nowadays fighters have to be very careful of what they intake. I bet Monroe probably took some over the counter supplement that he didn't know was prohibited by VADA. I don't know all the facts, therefore I am only speculating by giving an opinion.

What's the protocol for missing a test? Can they just avoid tests for weeks or must they make themselves available for testing within the next 24 hours of the call?

I'm not exactly sure but I think they call them and give them a set amount of time to take the tests. A missed test should probably be counted as a positive.

Don’t forget the WBC will emphatically come to your defense, provide multiple statements claiming your innocence ‘til their faces turn blue THEN celebrate you afterwards. Ok carry on...

BJS son is to blame after that brutal nut punch Monroe's T-levels dropped drastically

In football it is. Certainly there wouldn't be much of an excuse to not get tested within a business day while a fighter is in camp.

Weren't they at a PBC event out of town? I miss calls all the time, God forbid they do as well. If they did it intentionally then ok, but I have yet to read anything saying they avoided the test on purpose

So they want to investigate Monroe but the moment that Canelo popped they sprung to his defense and bought a terrible excuse? Typical.

They made their minds up on Canelo before there was any kind of investigation.
