Hearn himself said he didn't ask for proof of funds because of course Showtime would supply the funds if Haymon said so. Showtime publicly confirmed the money was real. Showtime put up hundreds of millions for Mayweather, Pacquiao, McGregor, etc. Crazy to think they weren't good for the 50 million. You're taking a position that not even Hearn took. Hearn quickly admitted the money was real. Guess you didn't get the memo. You're using out dated Hearn talking points.Comment

Ok let’s dumb it down a bit for you. Wilder has no commercial contracts , Think of how highly America values advertising . Joshua has 4 commercial giants in the USA alone yet Wilder has none. However that is not the end of the world however it would possibly make the average Joe more aware of who he is.Think about how ****** you sound when you say a celebrity, with 1.6 million followers, who stars on a major reality show, who just headlined a successful PPV, and has been Showtime's biggest ratings draw for years, is "unknown."
If 325,000 households are paying $75 to watch you, you're known.
325,000 PPV buys is a very good number. All obviously boxing Fans , all bought it for Deontay Wilder? Some may have bought the fight because they are fans of Fury and don’t really know much about who he is fighting.
I can’t argue with his high viewings on Showtime that is why he is known by the average Joe as Tyson already confirmed.
So let’s sum this up before Fury came into his life , Wilder was showtime biggest rating draw, he was on a major reality show, commanded x amount a fight and was well known? He is well known amongst boxing fraternity but if he walked down the street people would think he is a basket ball player. Yes it’s shocking . That major reality show they probably missed. Maybe if you refer to him as Baby oil Wilder more people will know who he is. Now I finished with you trying to convince me Wilder is famous. You win if that makes you feel better. He is known sweetheartComment

Proven right?
Like there was only 1600 tickets left for Fury-Wilder and the top tier was sold out? But then loads of top tier tickets were released weeks later?

Why do you think it's just about money? There's plenty of other ways to get out of the fight. Like having BT involved when Joshua has an exclusive deal with SKY.Hearn himself said he didn't ask for proof of funds because of course Showtime would supply the funds if Haymon said so. Showtime publicly confirmed the money was real. Showtime put up hundreds of millions for Mayweather, Pacquiao, McGregor, etc. Crazy to think they weren't good for the 50 million. I’d love to see everyone write down any modern purses for the big fights. I bet no one agrees. No one knows. Does anyone truly know what Floyd made vs Manny? Or even Connor?Comment

I said the top tier quickly sold out when put on sale. I never said every single seat or every section was put on sale. You said NONE OF THEM were put on sale. You were wrong. I knew you were wrong because Stubhub had them and friends of mine had them.
Staples was PACKED even though you claimed the show wouldn't sell well. You claimed the PPV wouldn't sell well. You were wrong about everything.Comment

If Sky matched BT's offer, BT wouldn't be involved. If Sky didn't match BT's offer, then the fight wouldn't happen. But why are you trying to blame the fight not happening on that when Hearn said none of that was a problem and the only problem was that AJ didn't want to fight in the US? Hearn plainly admitted that. Your material is out dated.Comment
