Rematch likely sells over 500,000 US PPVs. Showtime believes it will sell over 600,000. You then have the massive Vegas site fee, UK PPV, international TV, delayed broadcast, sponsorship, etc. Wilder would nearly double what he made for the first fight. Which is more than he'd make going to the UK to fight AJ. Hearn is offering 20 million right now. Wilder easily clears that in a Fury rematch and is looking at more like 25 million, plus he gets to make that fighting at home instead of abroad. Really only makes sense to blow off the Fury rematch and head to the UK if he's being guaranteed 30 million.

You claimed near enough the same damn numbers before the first fight. You were wrong and you'll be wrong again.Rematch likely sells over 500,000 US PPVs. Showtime believes it will sell over 600,000. No, it wasn't. Hearn admitted it was real and spent weeks negotiating for a US fight. In the end, Joshua's team decided they didn't want to fight in the US, for any amount of money. Which is fine. That's their right. But there's no need to lie and say the offer wasn't real. Hearn and AJ both said it was real, Espinoza said it was real, etc.Comment

500k PPV is 37.5 mil. Half goes to cable providers and showtime. So 17.5 mil. Let's say 10 mil for gate. That's 27.5 mil. All the other expenses and half of it goes to Fury. Not even close to 25 mil for Wilder nonsense.Rematch likely sells over 500,000 US PPVs. Showtime believes it will sell over 600,000. Of course the offer is real. I could offer you 20 mil to leave the site. That's a real offer, doesn't mean i have the money or intention to actually do it.No, it wasn't. You said it was just to get a price. Why would BT even waste time entertaining them?
Warren didn;t say this BTW, so do you have a source for your claim or more lies you made up?Comment

Showtime believes it'll do 600,000. So that's 45 million. It's not always half that goes to the providers, depends on how much leverage you have an what you can negotiate. For instance, for Mayweather-Pacquiao, the providers only got 25%, not 50%. Haymon has a ton of leverage with the PPV industry right now as they are absolutely desperate, which is why Haymon is suddenly doing more PPVs. Wilder & Fury would get at least 65%, if not more. But 65% is a reasonable estimate. So that's 30 million.
I agree on probably 10 million site fee from Vegas, so that's 40 million. But then you still have UK PPV, that's another 8-10 million depending on the provider split. International TV, sponsorships, etc. The pot likely breaks 50 million.Comment
