Of course it is. Canelo probably doesn't care because he's getting paid regardless. But DAZN minimizes is visibility big time. ESPN and FOX will dominate when it comes to viewers. Plus ESPN + has over a million subscribers and Showtime's app by itself has more than 5 million subscribers.

Yeah no doubt he is reducing his audience by fighting exclusively on a new and still Unknown APP. Fans will likely use Illegal Streams to watch instead of signing up for DAZN which is unfortunate for DAZN. Yeah I've never seen a Canelo Fight Week this Lifeless. Then again when you're getting a lot of money from DAZN to fight on their APP, I doubt they even care! It is DAZN job to spend money on Advertising, GBP is probably relieved they no longer have to do all of that stuff themselves anymore

Its literally the same as HBO or Showtime and considering Canelo is an exclusive PPV fighter...this is awesome for the fans.

Nonetheless the marketing has been poor
