Easy to beat a bigger guy if you’re more skillful than him, but what if he’s also skilled?

And lastly he don’t need to be lean and hard like wilder lol. He pummeled that lean and hard you are talking about.

Liston is going to have all sorts of problems against fury.
Fury’s bodyfat % hast gone up much between his 250 to 270 jump. He will never have a good physique, he have to get liposuction to get rid of those saddle bags. But for Fury he was as solid as I’ve ever seen him, he is actually eating and training like a professional now.

He beat chisora twice, Del Boy is as big and rough as anyone.

Liston has a punches chance, just like Wilder. A lot of the comments in this thread were from before the Wilder 2 fight, if that vote was held again you’d get a vastly different outcome.

Wilder said he weighed 209 and he hit hard enough to damn near knock Fury out but was a terrible boxer. Liston weighed 214 and was a good boxer who had Wilder's power in both hands. Anybody who picks Fury is ignorant of the past and just how good the prime Liston really was.

I’d say that some guys here needs to take a chill-pill. Fury has beat an ancient Wlad and a long-time alphabet champ who himself hadn’t beaten anyone who had beaten a top 20 ranked fighter. Wilder looked inept and proved to be just that. Inept with a punch.

Fury is big and strong and fast and would be a problem for many because of his size. His chin is poor though. Remember that when making these fantasy fights with atg punchers and boxers.

I can make a prediction like this, let's think.... Ok I got it

Paulie Malinaggi KO's James Toney easy, takes his head off!

Can't argue against Fury now, anyone who does is an old time romantic.

    Probably go with Fury.

Style favours Fury, similar reach but Fury has height, speed, movement on his side.

Liston's jab is great, as is Wlad Klitschko's. Fury's shown he can nullify a great jab. Albeit Liston would throw it more.

I think Fury wins a decision.

Fury beats him easy. Mentally and physically, liston would get owned.

He would probably fall down again from a fake punch.

I'd put money down most of them couldn't pick out Fury in a line up with African Pygmies.

Cleveland "Glass Chin" Williams backed Liston up and kept him on the ropes.

Ali was too strong for him.

A guy the size of Beterbiev broke his jaw.

    He couldn't put Machen away.

But we're to believe Fury struggles!?!?

I guess Migual Canto beats Fury, too?
