Just need to teach the Wilder fans what I learnt when I was about 8 now..... Shouldn't be too difficult?

Yeah .. he goes down a fraction of a second before 0.40, and he's up at 0.49.

Boxing referees don't count in fractions of a second. For all practical purposes - which includes a referee's count - Fury gets up 9 seconds after he went down, which means he beat the count.

This is the exact moment the clock started

Hes not even completely hit the canvas and the clock is on.
Yeah. Also, look at the 10th of a second counter on the clock. It keeps jumping from 0.3 to the start of the next full second!

I agree. The other clown was saying he got up at 50 which is 11 seconds.

if you counted by that clock then you would start count at 40. Which would be 10. Not 11. And if you use a stopwatch and you will also see that he was on his feet at 10. Feel free to use the stop watch as many times as you need . He made the count

Here you go. Keep in mind:

If the boxer taking the count is still down when the referee calls the count of ten (10), the referee shall wave both arms indicating that the boxer has been knocked out.

                2:21 Fury hits the canvas
                2:15 Fury is getting up
2:12 Fury is up as the ref is counting 9

                9 seconds fool

You are wrong. Both knees were off the canvas at just before 49, not 50. It was about 9.5 seconds. Great reffing in this case.

... never mind... Wilder came at only 209 lb anyway...

That's true. If Reiss had been trying to do Fury favours, he could have stopped the count and given him extra seconds to recover while Wilder went back to the neutral corner.
