If you look at the tape, its all there... After Fury connects, he angles off with a pivot. The way he uses his shoulders at a 45 degree, these are the kind of things you see from the greats. It comes with boxing at an early age and learning the craft carefully. That pivot is similar to what Tyson's namesake learned from Dempsey.

Tape is great because you see the skills show. Wilder's punches are insanely good as well, he hit Fury when Fury was not fighting tall and he caught him in good places. Wilder is improving every fight.

I'm glad he lost, the only thing he kept was the belt ,we can't do anything about that but at least his ego was brought down a notch.
Its hard to know all the details when a personal beef like that gets ugly. There are fighters like Judah for example who one can see get into situations like that regularly. But Wilder does not seem like he regularly looks for trouble. Remember that these guys have to have ego and believe in oneself to do what they do.

I think a lot of his racial tirade was him expressing pressure of the fight. Its a nice easy issue to latch onto and get angry about...even if it has nothing to do with the fight lol.

        I scored it a draw...

I am one of the most unbiased posters on this site. After watching this fight I scored it 113-113. 7 rounds to 5 for Fury but the difference was the 2 knock downs. I gave Fury rounds 1,3,6,7,8,10 & 11. I gave Wilder rounds 2,4,5, 9 & 10. The 5th round was the one round Fury gave away as he threw very little & landed only few punches. Wilder may have missed a lot in that round but he was busier & landed a few shots. That was a very close round & hard to score but I gave it to Wilder for his activity level. As for the controversy on the KDs. Both KDs Reiss did the same thing. He gave him the count & asked Tyson to walk away & back. Some people were saying that he gave Fury extra time to recover. Well I timed it. Fury was up at 9 & by the time he called them to fight it was 21.11 seconds from the time he hit the canvas. Reiss may have allowed Fury a couple extra seconds but that was it. Kudos to Reiss for not calling off the fight when Tyson was laying on his back. Good fight but Wilder's eraser right hand made the difference again. Both KDs were started by the right & followed with a left. 113-113 on my card...Let's do it again!

well said, Fury is a scholar of the game..hes a fighting traveller with a never say die attitiude epitomised by that 12th round comeback. i say comeback as he didnt just get up from them ferocious shots but he came back finishing the round as the aggressor. Finally the public see Fury for what he is, people get caught up in his showman antics and out of ring behaviour but hes a master tactician with a ring IQ to rival the greats

Ok, but it turns out that unbiased and clueless isn't any better.

Saying that I’ve got $50 million and actually proving it are 2 different things dude. How on earth can a promoter who gets his boxer $2.5-3 million a fight guarantee that amount of money? Plus it’s not as simple as cash = fight. There’s contact negotiations ie the finer details, venue, rematch clauses, image rights, gloves used, ring size, order of ring entrance, who gets top billing. Stop with the naivity, Finkell made a BS offer designed to take pressure off. Now I hear that Wilder and his team are contemplating the last offer from Hearn, they’re gonna take the cash cause they’re on borrowed time after being schooled by Fury

Thats certainly eye opening. I tried to find other information about the situation but there is not much aside from Fury denouncing Wilder's behavior.
