No wonder Wilder and his team didn't want to hear anything about rematching Gypsy after the fight. Neither they want to hear anything about fighting AJ despite Hearn offering them everything they complained about the 1st offer (% split and 2-way rematch). That says all.
Huh??? AJ "Ill fight anywhere and anyone for $50,000,000"

    Al Haymon "We got $50,000,000".

That being said, If Wilder had got to a neutral corner quicker the count would have started sooner - he probably celebrated himself out of a KO victory.

If you watch the official clock in the 12th round it's exactly 10 seconds from when fury hit the deck to when he got up again. He just about beat the count but in fairness the ref did mess around a litltle and give him an extra 5 seconds to recover whilst checking to see if he was fit to continue.
If they have a rematch fury will be even more dominant. Don't think this was the best version of Tyson after losing 10st in a year and being out the ring for 2 year prior to that getting smashed on drink and coke.
Wilder has defiantly been exposed as a 1 trick pony. That right hand is still the best in the heavyweight division. Just has zero boxing skill to back it up.

Fury won the fight no doubt period but as he says both made it out safe and that really is the main thing as in parts it was brutal from these two big men.....both a credit.....can't wait for the rematch ...and press tour!

Ought to be bigger clue for most of you.

          Great minds think for themselves.

List all the times a group authority was ever correct in history...yeah, you can't because that isn't how **** works is it? The masses are dumb as ****. The masses have always been and will always be dumb as ****.

Deontay Wilder won that fight. Tyson got a lucky draw. Skirted barely ahead on punch count and got floored twice. That ain't a draw. Being within twenty punches of one another across a 12 rounder is usually a draw anyway, but Wilder got those two KDs. Fury got the gift not Wilder.

A big group of people telling me any different won't make any more difference to me than if we were talking the plague and youse lot really believed in the prevailing "bad air" treatment of the time and were trying to save me with farts in jars.

Yeah....it's true....England once believed they could get rid of the black plague by farting in a jar and sniffing it when they took ill. Similarly to how they believe a 13 punch lead warrants a win after being knocked down twice and they are not being bias.....sure bubba....sure.

I'm sorry, but you misquoted him, and you know it.
It's the A-side who sends offers to B-sides. As long as AJ is the A-side, Hearn will promote and control his fights, not Al "the cancer" Haymon.
btw, how many contracts has your beloved Al agreed to with being denied to see the contract? It was a publicity stunt, and you know it.

Am furys biggest fan but I agree it was a draw no way Wikdwe won but if Fury won it wasn't the worst decision..Wilder got 4 rounds via ko and you can't win roudns by jsut fainting I throwing wanted to jabs that hit the glove where wilder was throwing good body shots..

I'll give Fury this; he was far closer to his best than I thought he would be - I thought this was at least 2 fights too soon for him at first and he'd get sparked out. But you're right; if the Wlad fight was him at 100%, then this was prob about 90%. He boxed really well, but started tiring slightly later on hence how Wilder was finally able to connect.

Even though, I had Fury winning the fight; I knew the judges weren't going to award him the decision. I stated it before the fight ever began, if Fury fights anyway like he did in the Klitschko fight against Wilder, then he was not going to win.

While I believe he still outpointed Deontay; However at the same time he did not dominate him and that was the difference in the fight. The running out the clock and not getting hit strategy backfired on him. It made the fight closer than it should have been and very difficult to score.

In addition, when you couple in the fact, that he was also dropped hard twice by Wilder in the process, I knew that he was facing an uphill battle in attempting to take Deontay's Wilder's title away from him.

He should have fought more flat-footed and settled down on his punches more for power. Had he implemented that strategy then perhaps he would have won over the judges.

In my opinion, he did beat Deontay Wilder but he didn't beat him up which was partially the reason why he lost the fight.
