Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury: Worst Decision Since First Lewis-Holyfield Fight

LOS ANGELES Tyson Fury kept saying "it is what it is" but "it" bothered him a great deal the morning after his draw with Deontay Wilder. Fury, his face bruised but his confidence soaring, believes wholeheartedly that he did enough to beat the WBC titleholder even though he down twice Saturday night at a packed Staples Center. Many experts and outraged fans agree with him.

Fury schooled Wilder with ease. Easily won 10-9 rounds out of 12. Unfortunately, business controls boxing and controversy sells. Until the fans hurt the sport financially to make a statement so that bs decisions like this are avoided. Well, it’ll continue to happen.

Fury doesnt need to be downbeat, we saw what happened. I’d love a rematch I think it would be even clearer

        Fury nailed it.

Fans know who the real winner, and champion is.

It was a great fight.i was rooting for fury. I thought he could pull it off with his awkward style. But Gdamn that right hand was the equalizer. Still thought fury edged it.

I understand and agree with Fury's frustration. I also admire his attitude which is probably based on the reality that he was handsomely paid. Next time around he'll take the title or titles depending on who he fights and still be well compensated monetarily.

There has been a lot of talk about how well fury took the robbery. But, just wait until he realises wilder will not give him a rematch any time soon. Lets see how well he takes that.

Boxing is legalised crime. This is becoming like the WWE. Unless you knock out Wilder or Canelo I don't think you will ever get a decision.

This is not the first time they have cheated with Wilder. They cheated against Ortiz when Wilder nearly got knocked out by giving him more time to recover between rounds. Boxing is a joke in America.
