This could end up being the fight of the year and the comeback of the year for Fury of Tyson. I wonder now if Joshua vs Wilder happens in April as wilder isn't obligated to a Fury rematch since it was declared a draw.

hmm, have you compared the amount of time wilder got to recover vs Ortiz with the amount of time fury got to recover in the 12th round last night? All that aside, I think fury deserved the win but discrediting Wilders win over Ortiz as proof to boxing being a joke in the US is in itself a joke.Comment

The luster is off the Joshua fight now. Most boxing fans know Wilder lost to Fury. If they do fight, Joshua won't leave it in the judges hands. If only Fury had a little more power.....Comment

Sounds like a deontay Wilder hater for count that final knockdown multiple times if fury was down for 10-12 seconds anyways can't wait for the rematch that should truly be telling of wilders metal can he adjust his style use the jab more go to the body more anyways both of the guys would beat Joshua hands down fury would outbox Joshua and like fury said Joshua can't move he'd get nailed a whole lot by Wilder. that'd be more than 2 knockdowns if Joshua even gets back up. I see Wilder fighting Joshua next getting those belts while fury fights say Ortiz setting up an even bigger rematch down the road Wilder and fury would fight 3x total with rematch clauses. Finally a heavyweight trilogy seriesComment

Its not uncommon for a referee to want to check a fighter over after theyve been down before letting them continue. They often give them a command too, like raise your gloves or, in Furys case, walk to the corner, to check they can obey a simple command. Its part of welfare for the fighters safety and it inevitably adds a few seconds on to a fighters recovery but its nothing new and it happens all the time. Fury beat the count and thats all that matters. But suddenly it becomes an issue or some kind of conspiracy when Wilder fails to KO someone. And on the same night Stevenson is taken into intensive care.Comment

Rematch, Rematch...why. Why rematch somebody you already beat. How about just handing the belt over to the rightful man.
Fury is the uncrowned WBC champ.
Fury reduced Deontay to a rank amateur!!!
Gave him a dose of humility.
And i had picked Deontay to knock Fury out.
Wilder is holding on to a belt that does not belong to him and HE knows it.
Respect to Fury for taking all this in stride.Comment

"He seemed to be content".....odd for a man claiming that he was just robbed. UNLESS, he knew how the fight would turn out before he entered the ring and knew the rematch would already be in the works. I thought this was boxing yet we get WWE, pathetic.Comment
