I give you a ton of props for dealing with all this dumb ass ******ity in this thread.

Fury is the lineal champ. It's not recognized by an sanction or organization. It's not an official title.

However, it's how fans recognize who the man was who beat the man.

It doesnt mean they're the greatest or it was the toughest fight, or they're the best fighter at the time, but just that they were the man who beat the man.

    Fury beat the man.

Wlad became the lineal champ once Lennox retired because the lineage was broken and he was so dominate during his reign he became the man.

And by dominate I mean he didnt lose for like what. 10 YEARS?

I just saw Paulie comment on this subject

he see's it exactly the same as me

there are no relevant rankings at heavyweight

those guys have to fight, simple as that..... until then, who cares

when Klitschko was doing his thing, it was correct to rank him number 1 for this reason..... there was daylight between him and the #2 Povetkin..... and there was daylight between Povetkin and everyone else..... that is not the case with Joshua, Wilder, or Fury

Half the arena isn't available. Do you not know how to count? Anybody can go count the dots.

He is still lineal champion whether you like it or not. You're a punk kid crying on the internet. You have no say in anything.
Holy 5h1t WBC laying down the law and body slamming poor Robbie on the cobbles!! Viscious ownage, Bobby was given ample chance to take the L like a man in other threads as it was explained to him, but it came to this...

The Lineal is what it is

People are so brain washed. The lineal is what it is... It is something that comes from the fans, and it has the virtue of simplicity. It is very specific, and is not a formal ranking, it is a Title!

As far as the title being baloney now or back when... It is designed to give credability for unification in its simplest form. Its not a hard concept yet people like Bobby Robby cannot grasp the concept. It does not matter what any official ranking says about the lineal, it is not in their domain.

Nobody is in charge of lineal. Not Ring before and not TBRB now. The public keeps track on their own. It's very simple. The man who beat the man. Everybody other than obsessive AJ fans refers to Fury as lineal champion. Fury isn't TBRB champion, but he is lineal champion and even Ring, which stripped him of the Ring title, admits that he's still lineal champion.
The only person in charge of the lineage is the man who beat the man: Tyson Fury. Personal preferences, rankings and ratings go out the window.

listen if tyson fury had stayed retired for a few more years and then came back to fight david haye in a super fight in 2022 and haye won, haye would then be the lineal champ, he would be the MAN

Thanks for the info. I didn't know that the Ring acknowledged that they were diverging from the true lineage...
