Read the whole thread then watched the video. Always fun to do it in that order. Nothing to see here, folks.

Pulling the race card like a *****.
Need to sit back and watch the actual footage, but I have a guess that the conversation went beyond just boxing, tbh.

People talk now and Fury is open and out front about being the "Gypsy King", but Travellers/Romani/whatever else you want to call them have a long and arguably painful story of finding their way to acceptance wherever they come to reside (which likely helps explain why Fury's core circle seems to feature Travellers and people of color).

Tyson Fury went to Germany, outboxed the 10-year reigning champion so thoroughly that they couldn't take the fight from him, went home... and basically got nothing. The hurt that can arise from that is pretty darn clear.

Deontay Wilder likely senses that hurt in Fury, and he's got some hurt he's carrying too.

Argue if you want, but Deontay Wilder sees a path to being the first generally loved/liked American undisputed champion since arguably Rocky Marciano and Joe Louis (folks hide their hand now, but there's a reason why folks still remember Muhammad Ali as the derogatory "Louisville Lip", regardless of the love folks put on him when Parkinson's set in).

That's a weight to deal with too.

It was baiting just as Wilder said, an attempt to get a volatile quote out something everyone already knows about and can attest to the veracity of.

Who the fuque doesn't know his people have been fighting 400 years?

No one asked Tyson about his people fighting for 200 years, and rightfully so since everyone knows the travails of The Travellers.

It's like asking a person who everyone knows was assaulted what they mean by saying they got into an altercation.
You don't seem to get that Tyson says his people have been fighting for 200 years. Physically fighting. Not fighting oppression which Wilder hasn't even been part of, yet claims victimhood for his ancestors oppression which is pathetic.

Dude is a millionaire rolling in a lambo, and has his own TV show and is on PPV.

You people dont understand the plight and the fight of the black people, Deontay needs you to know him and his people have been fighting for hundreds of years, you people dont understand.

Now if you can kindly move out of Deontays way so he can jump in his Lambo so he can get home and play with his gold plated Bazooka.

Man, either way, I'd say Fury definitely got to him. I thought Usyk got to Bellew too, honestly. Some of these guys can't handle the mind games of boxing. Of course, who could handle Ali in his day?

Fury is the best instigator I've witnessed, he wasn't even trying today until he got to Wilders resume breakdown.
