So loeffler responded about random testing and makes up story about canelo canceling a random test while exposing that he is a cheater that some how knows when the random tests GGG gets will happen which is illegal. So basically Golovkin was on a holiday in a remote place in the world enjoying some of the millions Canelo paid him to get him to fight him.

VADA decided to not disturb him, perhaps he was with his family or not and ended up not testing him since he had already passed 10 tests in the previous three months.

Meanwhile Canelo is enrolled VADA's 24/7/365 program. VADA's most stringent testing program. They don't need a lower level promter like Loeffler tell them how to run their programs.
