The context of why loeffler first sent out that tweet was he was responding to fanboys making conspiracy claims that canelo left VADA year round random testing after the GGG fight (something we also know is a lie VADA confirmed he's still in testing program while GGG isn't). So loeffler responded about random testing and makes up story about canelo canceling a random test while exposing that he is a cheater that some how knows when the random tests GGG gets will happen which is illegal. Rather then admit this you making up a Bullshyt that this was a "planned test" which contradicts loeffler own words AND VADA and the entire premise of why loeffler tweeted want he did in the first place.
