Just look at Keith Thurman. Keith would have gladly fought Spence for 10 Million dollars 3 years ago but declined because everyone is afraid of going to back of the bus collecting 500K paydays. Keith is now probably past his prime.
Agreed 100%. Danny lost a couple of close fights against some top names. He is still in the mix for top level fights, but not the best money making fights. I saw him call out the winner of Pac v Broner. The winner of that is a PPV, and I would rather someone like Porter get a shot at the winner (Pacquaio of course) since he is the guy who won his last fight.

Who has Charlo beaten at middle, Centeno Jr? Spence brags about beating Chris Algieri? You must think they're bums too?

BTW, If you have a point make it and show some thoughtful support. Agree or disagree everyone respects that. Name calling and one liners are cheap manipulation masking ones inability to have honest debate.

clearly you don't know what outclassed means. You may think he lost those fights but outclassed is what Floyd did to Gatti, or what Roy Jones did pazienza, or what Calzaghe did to lacy, or what pac did to Oscar. Garcia has yet to be outclassed. Garcia has won and lost close fights that many believe could have gone the opposite way of what they did.

Ironically neither want to fight Crawford and that should tell you something.

Wow! No offense but that's a tough sell. If Garcia doesn't catch you with his no look overhand he needs a gift decision to win. An argument could be made that Garcia has been out classed in nearly every fight he's had at 147.

                Still Elite!!

Im not a danny fan but i still think of him as an elite fighter.

all of his fights have been close fights, that could have goe eather way, he can still kinda consider himself undefeated in a way, and im sure he feels that way. i was sad when danny took out morales and bam bam so im not a fan of danny just saying hes still on top.

If beating any or all three of those fighters does not make him elite, then one would be hard pressed to call Errol or Terrance elite fighters, because their resumes just do not stack up to Danny's. For me, it takes more than looking elite against ordinary fighters to actually get the mantle of elite, and be considered "better" than fighters who have been through the fire and made it through with victories.

Also, curious to know if you feel that Danny is no longer elite, or if he was simply never elite to begin with.
I've always felt that resume doesn't tell the entire story. It's certainly important, but some fighters just pass the eyeball test. For me, Crawford passes the eyeball test, meaning he demonstrates certain skills in his style that I believe he can beat any current WW. Spence is not as skilled but what he lacks in dimension as a fighter he makes up for with power and accuracy and his ability to finish an opponent.

Spence's win over Brook (a guy who beat Porter) was more impressive to me than any of Garcia's wins despite the damage he suffered from GGG. I do give Garcia credit for his win over Khan, but his fights with Matthysse, Herrera and Peterson were too close and too competitive to convince me he deserves elite status. That is why he falls just a hair short for me.

Garcia will take your head off if you have no legs but he's pretty useless against anyone with even slight movement. He's not elite.

what does outclassed mean to you? Outclassed means that you're facing someone who is clearly levels or classes above you to the point that it looks like you don't even belong in the same ring with them. That's being outclassed. What fight has garcia looked like he was out of his league? You guys are letting your dislike for him blind you.
