I remember Terence dominating Ricky Burns in the UK for the first of many world titles he has won in the sport of boxing but Spence went to war with bum Kell Brooks for just his first belt in only his first weight.

Thanks for reminding me that Terence is already a PPV attraction.

I think Spence vs. Crawford is a 55/45 fight in favor of Spence, but that's not the issue. As Spence said, Crawford is on the wrong side of the street! Thurman, Spence, Porter, DSG, Broner, and now Pacquiao, are all on the Haymon side! I would favor Crawford over the last 3, but not the first 3!

Errol Spence and Crawford are both to blame for them not fighting each other next...
Until us fans start boycotting fights.
These money hungry *******s will keep stringing us along...smh

I've always said the Crawford already being 31 years old is the major issue.

But at the same time Arum the 1 that started all that in house shyt. If you can't get Spence and you willing to work with other promoters there are more good fights Crawford can go after will he's still in his prime be it Porter, Thurman, Broner, Garcia, Khan...ect Spence isn't the only big fight out there for Crawford so how willing is Bob to work with other promoters is the real question.

Garcia is available I'm pretty sure he wouldn't turn down a fight with Crawford.. Seems Arum just stuck on Spence when If anything I view Crawford as an underdog up against Spence anyway...

Hell I wouldn't even mind seeing Crawford against some of the best at 140 at maybe a CW either the winner or the Tournament or Ramirez

He came to 147 to get after the great ones. No matter what else is said, Spence isn't going to duck anyone in my opinion. He went to England to fight Brook. I would like to see him more active, but I see a man who sees himself as the best and wants big fights. He may see other fights as more profitable now, but Crawford will become the fight before long and I am betting Spence will be all over it.

Crawford will tell his people to make it happen. To me, Crawford is a true fighter. I believe Spence is as well. Spence will get on his people when Crawford becomes the most obvious fight to him. I can see 2020, but I am betting no later and would be not even a bit surprised if it does happen next year.
While I agree that Spence is not scared, it would certainly appear he’s not keen on the smoke from Crawford atm.

Talking about ‘other side of the street’ is bs and isn’t a deciding factor in this fight getting made, he’s not Mayweather or Pac, he’s nowhere near that level in terms of commercial value, this fight would be much easier to make than May/Pac was

I mean what’s he really gonna do wait for pigs to fly for Thurman to finally return? Or even somehow persuade the rest of the pbc stable to grow a pair and fight him? Neither of those scenarios are happening anytime soon.

In my mind he’s got three options,,,
                1. Fight Garcia (which he’ll get no credit for)
                2. Fight Crawford
                3. Move to 154

Bud is one of the main fighters Arum is promoting. He's gonna talk this fight up, but unless this fight is a lock to do 1M+ buys its not gonna happen cuz it won't be enough money to do the deal. And hell even then 1M might not be the minimum. Might need to do 1.5M+. But this fight ain't happening cuz neither guy is big enough yet for it to be a successful PPV. Spence needs to build up his resume with PBC guys & Bud needs for Arum to keep all those PBC guys names in his mouth for the next 2-4 years.

Randomly Thurman thinks Spence is the main fight at 147, but the real main fight at 147 is gonna be the guy who comes out on top of all this PBC sh^t & Bud. Unless Thurman, Spence & Bud all go down before their is a big fight anyway.

Yea agree. I mean its not the main issue or anything, but its a big one cuz they gotta hype Bud & all these other mfers need to fight.

And none of these mfers are as young as I'd like to see in a division where few of the tip top guys are fighting ffs.

                    Bud is 31.
                    Porter is 31.
                    Thurman is 30 this month.
                    Errol is 29 in Jan.

And if get more than 1 of these 6 possible matchup combos in 2019 it'll be amazing. Porter vs Thurman is looking likely for next year. But then it'll probably be 2020 before that winner & Spence fight. And that probably puts Bud vs the PBC "champ" at 2021 so Bud will be 34. And who's to say Bud will be the man at 34 still? Who's to say some cat don't come on the scene are start knocking off Team PBC guys?

So f#cking silly with how boxing works with this marinating sh^t. If the NFL worked like boxing did the Super Bowl would only happen every 2 or 3 years.

You can even throw the 2nd tier fighter age in there Khan is almost 32, Broner is 29, Garcia is 30, mikey Garcia 30, and Loma is 30 just all around boxing too many older guys

I've been saying for years WTF where is the younger talent at? back in the days the big stars where anywhere from in their early 20's to mid-20's and it's like in this generation they look at anyone in their early 20's as some sort of baby or something...

They really need to start moving the younger talent along or start signing some guys to start building especially at 147lbs because just about everybody throughout every weight class is either knocking at the door or around 30+ except for some of the guys at the smaller weight like Tank, Stevenson, Ramirez, and Haney....
