The DAZN is a wonderful platform and it's just a shame that many boxing fans won't have the pleasure of enjoying all of it's benefits because of one man and you know who that man is.

For one Deontay Wilder doesn't like this man who calls and often thinks of him as a big stomp down liar. That's the reason why many fans remain salty about DAZN and won't sign up for it either because Deontay Wilder won't sign up for it.

Change is always gradual not instant for most people, I really like the moves they are making. If you have cable and are paying for SHO/HBO then it's more money you have to spend, those fans have a legit beef with having to pay more each month.

For the fans who already cut the cord and mostly stream it's a good value because you are getting top boxing fights for a small fee compared to having cable.

It will only grow since most people are getting tired of paying for all the crap channels on cable they never watch.

Look how many great boxers have haters on here. If you love boxing, there's no reason to hate great boxers, but they do it anyway. DAZN, with it's Hearn ties, is an easy target.

        Exactly....

We are sophisticants, give us new wine, and get rid of the ole stuff

You know when Steve Martin walks into the restaurant and demands good new wine? because he is sophisticated.

Well its not really enough to look at fighters, understand their drive and passions in the ring, groove on their technical skills, and their abilities as they compete against one another... You have to show how sophisticated you are compared to others so................................................ ...............................

You start to discuss something that nobody really knows a thing about. In the old days people knew the promoters were **** because (and this is important!!) of what they did to the fighters. There was actually a fight were King tried to give half a fighter's purse to his son for allegedlly co promoting the fighter. Naturally fans had something to say.

These days? the platforms are changing so rapidly, the new structures that are emerging are developing so fast, I don't think most fans know anything about these vehicles, but they sure can sound like they do!

Ask your average fan how aware they are of issues involving the internet and control, how the Chinese are looking to censor the entire web, and how bandwidth is becoming everything. Then ask the average fan about the surface web versus the gigantic, slow, and endless deep web. Then ask them how they think fights are going to be shown in the years to come.

Most of these individuals will talk as though there is some free will in how these fights will be shown. Very few would realize that Daz and other such structures are an invitable consequence of the need to buy bandwidth and stream...It is the only way to reach the anywhere near the level of consumers. If it was not Daz it would be zad....know what I mean?

Instead of realizing this fact, fans would rather talk as though there is a choice, and how Daz is good/bad and question fighters who decide to jump now instead of down the line.

Any one with real sense knows that to reach the kind of numbers that are viable these days, whether one is a promoter, fighter, manager, etc fights will be streamed on a platform like Daz.

Boxing fans just love a fight. We even want promoters, networks, and streaming services to throw hands.

I was not feeling it at first and didnt give DAZN a shot initially but then Canelita signed with them so I checked it out and holy shet there is a lot of boxing when they have events (3-6 hours worth). I like it alot and it should only get better in the future.

Compare Dazn to EsPn+, espn is lacking big time in terms of quality and even quantity of matchups.

I will gladly pay $10 for Dazn but not anything else.

I remember when PBC started and some here were predicting its demise on day one.. lol. this is no different. boxing fans are tribal. PBC/Haymon vs Hearn vs ESPN/Arum.
