boxers are born in a gym, not in a weight room surrounded by strength and conditioning coaches
oh but science, blah, blah..... and yet, many fighters today look shot after 6 rounds
I would back prime Leonard to beat every WW today, most easily
Loads of old school trainers know fck all about scientific conditioning, they made their name from the few greats that walking into their gym, a great can walk into any gym and be great.

LMAO!
"That...see that, that was a great punch. That was his best punch".....

" modern greats "
do you mean like how ordinary Jacobs looked against lesser opponents like Arias and Sulecki
or how ordinary Saunders looked against Akavov and Monroe
fighters today - on average - do not have better technique than fighters did back in the day.....
everyone used to know how to fight off the back foot
I see a lot guys who have been coddled by mitt-men as they run through their (predictable) combinations

So yeah, Mikey will need a gift from the judges just like Leonard to pull off the win. Great analogy.

The Best of the eras not the average WCs.
I dont know what your looking at but the modern fighter has much better technique and is punching harder for longer, every single sport in the world is a mile ahead of itself from 20-40 yrs ago.
