The fact that Haymon made SURE that he won the purse bid for Stevenson Gvozdyk yet didn't EVEN MAKE A BID on Beterbiev vs Koelling tells us that.

Any knowledgeable fan can see where Haymon has influence and where he doesn't. Stevenson is with Michel but I would bet you 10k the Watsons will be in his corner vs Gvozdyk. Funny how they weren't for Khan, Jacbos, or Beterbiev.

If Jacobs is truly a free agent, Matchroom seems like the worst option. If the goal is Canelo or bust, you sign with Golden Boy to maximize the chances of getting Canelo. If the goal is the highest guarantee possible per fight, PBC would outbid Matchroom, just like they've done with all the top PBC fighters Matchroom has gone after.

Jacobs went to HBO to get GGG and Canelo and Hearn delivered neither. I'm not saying he'll leave Hearn, but I'm not convinced he'll stay either. Don't underestimate Arum either. Arum is being very aggressive going after GGG and Jacobs would be a natural opponent for GGG now that he has a belt.

i Think GGG is destined for ESPN but more so for Loefflers other fighters. We shall see
