Took the WBA to court and won. They're legally obligated to give him a shot at the regular title after he lost to chagaev who turned out dirty

I mean, I don't agree with this title, or Oquendo being the mandatory, but I do agree with his reasoning. Miller has been popped before for PEDs.

You make a good point for sure. Didn’t know Miller failed a test before. 3 weeks to prepare for Miller isn’t much time but that being said he has had over 4 years to prepare for his shot...

Oh that makes sense now thanks, whatever happened to the “lawsuit” that the WBC chairman claimed Breazeale would bring against them if he didn’t get his mandatory shot at the belt. I seem to remember that was the reason why Whyte couldn’t be mandated even though he was ranked higher than Breazeale.

I definitely agree with his point. Never knew he was owe a mandatory shot.

First of all why are they giving a 45 yr old inactive fighter only a month to prepare? Why not have Miller fight Whyte?

It hasn't been called yet. Breazeale was named mandatory after his fight with Molina due to the legalities of the promises made to him by the WBC.

Because it hasn't been called.. he's been in mandatory position and named as such but wilder is free to give a voluntary defence or unify before Mando is called.

Mandatory for the WBC I believe is being called on December. So unless he unifies..then Wilder will have to enter negotiations or go to purse bids against breazeale within a set time period of that mandatory being called on December
