Does he stay at 160 and try to pick up the titles Canelo leaves behind??? Or does he chase Canelo to 168?
If Canelo stays at 168..what does GGG do??

I think GGG needs to follow Canelo everywhere-- even if it's Shannon Briggs style. He's too old to just collect belts and hope for a 3rd fight. His next fight should be against Canelo and then he should retire -
He was quoted 4 years ago saying anyone from 154 to 168.
He tried to make a fight at 172 vs Chavez jr, then at 170 for Carl Froch (funny how he wouldn't go higher then 170 for Froch...but thats another story)
Now at 37...I can point out 4 fighters at 160 who I favor to beat him.
Canelo
Charlo
Jacobs (thought he won the first fight)
Andrade
Saunders (oops thats 5)
At 168...I see a few guys outboxing him as well.
In conclusion, he's really good, but not as great as people thought. We see these kind of media built fighters come along once every few years, nothing new tbh.Last edited by lolpz; 10-24-2018, 11:26 AM.Comment

He goes to 168 if he can get the Canelo fight...but why would Canelo fight him at that weight when it's a benefit to ggg?Comment

Canelo isn't fighting Benavidez and he sure as hell isn't fighting Smith, MAYBE he fights Zurdo but after that, what?
Golovkin hasn't any more business at 168 than Canelo does. If these two meet again it will be next year and it will be at 160.Comment
