168 is weak as f.uck right now with no real proven fighters

MWs heating up with Andrade , Jacobs , Charlo , Saunders are all prime and all possess style that I think trouble Canelo

It’d be lame if he goes to 168 with no real elite talent even the 2 notable Mexicans or Mexican -Am ( Benevidez/Zurdo ) are unproven or if he goes back to Canelo weight even though he’s proved he’s bigger then weight classes and straps wouldn’t be a good look IMO

Be interesting to see how it plays out

Lol I’m sure Canelo saw the fight against gavril and is shaking in his boots.

This guy just did 24 rounds against the most feared boxer on the planet and you think he’s running scared of a dude that hasnt beat anyone?

Not surprised considering 168 is one of the least competitive divisions and 160 is heating up.

The size of fighters at 168 will eventually be too much for him(if he stays)

Rocky Fielding isn't that great a boxer and Canelo is probably going to beat him. That said, Fielding is tall and strong for the weight and can punch. If SMW isn't for Canelo, he'll know after this fight.

OF course, no threats in that division, has to last as long as he can for that contract

Yeah great move. Fight the weakest champion. Just like liam Smith. Another belt grab.
