Dumbest comment so far LOL Canelo make more with Eddy Hern? and specially with Haymon??? are you serious?? Not even all of Haymon's boxers combined make what Canelo makes in one fight working with GBP. First Haymon's fighters fight once a year, and second they make a million or two, and not all of them.
Oscar help him become a PPV star and a household name, what happened to the future of all the divas that left GBP? their careers have stalled and they don't shine like before when they were promising future stars.

Why would he leave after his contract? Ever heard of promoters? I don’t know if you’ve heard of them but they take a rather sizeable percentage from the boxer not including the raping from the sanctioning bodies. Maybe you’ve heard of Floyd Mayweather. You know, the guy who last fought made what Canelo is making in 11 fights. Or made against a washed up Manny Pacquiao. He’s straight out of the Al Haymon roster bruh. Or maybe because as I mentioned, Canelo is a big enough draw to not need a promoter despite how he’s been treated. 15 fights at 2 fights a year minimum equates to 7 years like I previously stated, maybe less if he’s more active. Canelo may have signed his next 5-7 years away but he’s certainly not the only fighter fighting multi million dollar fights. All I’m saying is Canelo before or after his contract, does not need a promoter. That’s simple economics. Just ask Floyd Mayweather...

So I'll ask again why should he leave when he was already making the most money and just signed the richest contract in sports history? Look homie today is the wrong day to make the argument that Golden Boy isn't a good fit for Canelo after they just got him paid. And clearly you didn't realize that the deal Canelo just signed locked him up over 5 years with Golden Boy and thought it was just for 4 fights. He's not hitting the free agent market for a long time. If he wasn't happy with Golden Boy he would of left now and not reup with them why wait 5 years to move on?

No the fact that you and the other casual have never heard of Floyd Mayweather making in 1 fight what Canelo is making in 11 is ******ed. Hello ding dong, Al Haymon is the biggest power broker in boxing or Floyd wouldn’t be the highest paid athlete let alone boxer in the world. Let that sink in casual...you make it too easy to get picked on.

          Correct.

It is definitely Canelo, not GGG, who is fighting the weakest of all the SMW champions for a "regular" title next.

Are you seriously trying to give Al Haymon credit for Floyd's biggest paydays?

            Really?

What value did Haymon add to Floyd vs Oscar, Canelo, Manny and Conor?

Be serious mate. Rocky Fielding is nothing more than cannon fodder for Canelo and he would be cannon fodder for GGG too. Golovkin would be getting slaughtered here if he'd moved up to fight Fielding, and you know it!

And a reminder .. back in 2013/2014 GGG sent an offer to Hearn to fight Froch, in the UK, at 168. That's something Andre Ward refused to do, even for what would have been his highest purse by far.

i agree that fielding is the weak champ at 168, so it was murata at 160... difference is canelo is fighting him 3 months after going to war with ggg, ggg wanted murata 5 or 6 months later... canelo is filling up a space to squeeze another fight this year, money and title grab while testing the waters at a different weight class... ggg has time to do something better if he is fighting next year...

Another causal stepping up to the plate. What credit does Al Haymon get for Floyd’s career? Well for starters, he’s been Floyd’s advisor (truly a manager) since 2003. He fought Oscar in 2007. He’s been Floyd’s advisor in each and every fight including against McGregor. The fact that you don’t know that tells me you’re a f******** casual simply wasting my time. Obviously you’ve never heard him thank Al Haymon in each and every fight. But you ask really? No really casual??? Go hide under a rock jabroni...you’ve been exposed!

It's hilarious how ignorant fanboy types like you are always calling other people casuals!

Floyd is self managed and self promoted. Haymon has some minor role with him, giving legal advice behind the scenes, but to say Haymon "made" all of Floyd's super fights is fckn ******ed.
