Go to Google adn type the following:

          Hearn exclusive agreement DAZN.

          and then type:

          Bellator exclusive agreement DAZN.

          and then type:

          Top Rank exclusive agreement ESPN.

Then go to YouTube and here it straight from the horse's mouth.

            2. DAZN has an EXCLUSIVE contract with Hearn regarding all boxing content. There will be lawsuits if they allow another boxing promoter to broadcast on their platform without his consent and or involvement.

            3. Fielding is a EDDIE HEARN fighter...does anyone believe that Hearn is not evolved somehow in this deal.

            4. De La Hoya is a known liar...remember he lied and said that his head was photoshop on a man wearing a women's laced outfit with gloves before coming clean.

Golden Boy doesn't have to share the promotion rights with Hearn to make a deal...but he has to get some type of consent so a deal has to be in there somewhere.

Kovalev/Alvarez 2 is a Main Event production being broadcast on ESPN but Top Rank is involved somehow.

Hearn has the same thing with sky. Fury v wlad wasn't a Hearn fight, but he was at the table in the first fight press conference. if you want a fight on sky, it goes through Hearn somehow

You still need Hearn consent, he's the programming director for DAZN BOXING content. He has the exclusive rights.

                Contracts matter.

Well guess you will have to stay home and watch Canelo's fights for now on since people won't be able to go out to sport bars to catch his fights.

So, how will this work for the bars and clubs and movie theaters?

Hearn is the one who worked out the WBSS deal. He doesn't have to be involved in the promotion but his consent is needed.

At the end of the day, it about getting the best content for DAZN and Hearn can broker the deal without being involved with the promotion or the fighters boxing.

No one can box on DAZN without Hearn consent or involved.
No one can box on ESPN without Top Rank consent or involved.
No one can hold a MMA even on DAZN without Bellators consent or involved.

                      Exclusive contracts means something.
ESPN still shows cards that doesn't involve toprank you don't know what you're talking about exclusive means to DAZN not Matchroom
