Looks like we might get some MW unification fights, especially if Jacobs and Andrade win!

      1. There is no official DAZN press release, number 1.

      2. DAZN has an EXCLUSIVE contract with Hearn regarding all boxing content. There will be lawsuits if they allow another boxing promoter to broadcast on their platform without his consent and or involvement.

      3. Fielding is a EDDIE HEARN fighter...does anyone believe that Hearn is not evolved somehow in this deal.

      4. De La Hoya is a known liar...remember he lied and said that his head was photoshop on a man wearing a women's laced outfit with gloves before coming clean.

Golden Boy doesn't have to share the promotion rights with Hearn to make a deal...but he has to get some type of consent so a deal has to be in there somewhere.

Kovalev/Alvarez 2 is a Main Event production being broadcast on ESPN but Top Rank is involved somehow.

I didn't say anything about co-promoting. You said that Oscar cut a deal directly with DAZN without Hearn. Hearn would of likely been the one to negotiate the deal with Oscar or at least draw up the offer to give to Oscar.

Hearn gave the greenlight for DAZN to deal with Oscar which simply means he waived exclusivity. Oscar then did the deal with DAZN

No Clue why people are taking about Eddie Hearn gotta separate Hearn from DAZN, he doesn't own or run DAZN he has a Partnership with DAZN just like Scott Coker and Belator has one with them for their MMA Content that has nothing to do with Eddie Hearn

But yeah great move FOR DAZN, gives all those great Mexican Fans a reason to subscribe which should give the APP a bump in Subscribers
Bellator is the only contractual MMA promotion that can broadcast on the DAZN platform...if UFC ever wanted to do so, they'd have to work with Bellator or get Bellator's consent to do so.

                Same deal with Hearn...contracts matter!

DAZN could offer him a 3 fight $90m deal. To make $30m on a fight Canelo would probably have to 1m+ PPV's. Is he really going to do that against Fieldin and or Andrade/Charlo or Jacobs? Maybe but not much more.

That makes sense. As long as Oscar get the blessing of Hearn, he can go forward on DAZN.

Again he couldn't have done so without Hearn blessings, exclusive contracts matter.
