After Benavidez who does Crawford fight next?

Who you think he's fighting next? He's even less known than Benavidez. No way in hell Crawford taking that fight. Crawford aint getting no younger. He gotta get a big name soon
I think its a rough road to fight a non-TR guy. So its most likely going to be a TR guy. Could be some guy who's a low level PBC/Matchroom/random promotion guy, but I think another TR guy is still the favorite to get the call up.Comment

I'm not talking about how happy he is. I'm asking who are his opponents going forwardHonestly, I think he's happy with Arum. I think a lot of fighters are as well. People forget that being a promoter is about taking care/ protecting your fighter and getting them paid.
Crawford probably doesn't feel too bad when he's making $3M+ per fight against fighters he knows he can beat. He's likely the highest paid WW in the world, and he's the least challenged. He'd get marquee fights with Showtime and Al, but he'd also shorten his career from those fights and get paid less.
I mean Danny Garcia and Porter got paid $1M each, it was a great fight but both fighters beat each other up... He's getting paid more than them to beat up Benavidez.Comment

I see Frankie Gavin is fighting that guy that beat Bradley Skeete. Maybe him if he beats Gavin. Granados? Peterson? Lipinets?Comment

With Ponomarev getting beat in a tickover at 154, and Jeff Horn facing Anthony Mundine, the cupboard is basically empty, tbh; you may be right.Comment

This may be a stretch, but Danny Garcia is now going to have a wait a long time before getting a rematch with either Thurman or Porter. If he wants a major title shot, Crawford would likely be the shortest path providing (a) he even wants that fight (b) Haymon and Arum can work together to get it made. This is a fight that can be made in early 2019 if everyone is on board. They can easily pack Barclays.Comment
