Sorry but it just seems like this is the level of fight Charlo wants and he wants it against a non puncher. Certainly Charlo could have had Jacobs, Jacobs wanted it.

Charlo had a lot to say to Golovkin back when it was clear that Golovkin was focused on Canelo but now that the WBC has called for Golovkin/Charlo, with the winner getting a title shot, he is mum. Suddenly instead of pushing Golovkin for a fight in January he says he must fight in December, virtually eliminating a chance to fight Golovkin for many months.

The fight has to go to a purse bid as GGG already said hes not fighting again this year.

PS. GGG has been quiet too and Jermall is the one with the interim title.

I agree it is highly unlikely.

This isn't a bad fight at all for Charlo, better than anything he has faced in two years.

It doesn't hurt with any proposed fight for 2019. But he needs to put pedal to metal next year. If he can't get Canelo or Golovkin he needs a guy like Jacobs or Derevy. Go after the WBO title holder, make some noise.

The fight I really want to see at MW is Jacobs/Charlo. That is the fight to make, winner gets Canelo.

I thought so too. On my card if Sulecki wins the last round he gets a draw. Instead, Jacobs put him on the deck.

I think Sulecki says he's fighting Nov 10th but I can't fully understand his page. No mention of Charlo.

Good scrap. Still don’t know how good Charlo is. Suleicki gave Jacobs hell. If Charlo can stop him, that would be impressive.
