The controversy is now over. "I have some breaking news" Billy Joe Saunders just admitted to the WBO that he had indeed popped dirty for the drug Oxilofrine and has been given a six month suspension and also have been stripped of his WBO title. So it's a mute point now.

That's pretty erroneous and blatantly incorrect of you. He has not admitted that he was out right taking the drug, he still maintains that it was in the nasal spray, he apologized for the circumstance similar to Canelo's apology. He has not yet been given a suspension, WBO is going to recommend 6 months. And he wasn't stripped, he voluntarily gave up the title, which means he will leap frog WBO rankings to challenge for the belt once his suspension is over.

I don't mean to be rude but granting someone a boxing license in the U.S. or the state of Massachusetts or the Massachusetts State Athletic Commission is not a right sir. It just so happens to be a privilege. They can grant licenses to anyone they so please or choose whom are deemed physically and mentally fit.
