Whyte's already done more than most to earn a title shot

It's madness to believe the WBC have any kind of integrity after they lied previously and undeservedly bumped Brezeale up the list so have no idea why Whyte's going along with this

    They'll do whatever Wilder wants...again

I don't agree Wilder has anything to do with this but I do agree that Whyte has definitely done more to deserve a shot plus he was the WBC #1. Wins over Chisora, Browne, Helenius & Parker in the last 17 months. He deserves the ranking & should not have to participate in another eliminator in my opinion. Breazeale beat Ugonoh & Molina in the same amount of time. Jumping Breazeale ahead of Whyte is complete rubbish...

“Done deal. Enough talking that rubbish you speak. Send over the contract and I’m there. Now you’ve got yourself a real problem son. So now what are you gonna do?”

If Whyte makes a bulls*** excuse not to fight Ortiz he should be laughed out of boxing!! This guy just abandoned his plans to accommodate you and accepted a fight in your own backyard!!! Lol haha It's Go Time!!

As a manager my job is to give the best advice and be there for my team but he’s a grown man and the truth is the fighter is the boss so at the end they always have the last word. So I guess we will be in UK soon,” best advice and be there for my team but he’s a grown man and the truth is the fighter is the boss so at the end they always have the last word. So I guess we will be in UK soon,”

This says allot, so the fighter is the boss and makes the final decision. Good to use for future references

That's actually factually incorrect. Once a fighter signs with a promoter, the promoter can go after any fight that he wants, by that same token, the promoter does not have to make a fight because the boxer wants it. Promoters don't work for the fighter, it's the other way around. Promoters are in it to maximize their own revenue, and they'll always push the fighter on the route that line their pockets, which is one of the reasons the Ali act was so important for the protection of boxers. A boxer can request the promoter go after a fight, but in the end, the promoter can say he doesn't want to make that fight, or the fight is not financially viable. The fighter either takes the fights that are offered, or sits on the shelf until the contract runs out, similar to Ward and Mikey.

Now managers are a whole different thing, Managers are under contract to the Boxer, so the manager is employed by the boxer. So a boxer can say go get me this fight, and the manager can advise against, but in the end, if the boxer says get it, the manager will try to secure the best deal, and then the boxer has to decline or except. Some managers have huge sway like Al Haymon, and most of his boxers will heed his advise, the boxers who don't usually don't come out good on the other end, just look at Khan, and how Jacobs viewership declined after signing with Hearn, and now he will be losing his deal with HBO.

Same way he got out of the AJ and Parker fights .. he didn't.

Your too used to Wilder and all his excuses .. I'm a baby heavyweight champion, I've a hurt shoulder, he once did drugs, no one will fight me apart from the top 10, he fought AJ once ... etc etc .. always something .. always ducking.
