Well at least Conor got his ass whooped. He is charismatic as Hell though and at least he put meat in the seats. However, once he steps up his level of competition he always gets beat.

Correct, Conor would kick or tap Floyd out in about 15 seconds.

Yeah, he was good in his prime, he won 2 belts in 2 divisions wich is quite impressive and rare in UFC since they are not as many belts and divisions like in boxing.

He beat good fighters in Holloway, Aldo and ALvarez. So he's hands down a "HOFer" of this sport.

McGregor main asset was beating guys mentally before the fight, it didn't work with Diaz and Khabib.

I do think he's doesn't care anymore about the sport, his aims are just to cash out and sell his whiskey. Hence the circus with Floyd and Khabib.

Those are weak people/kids/women skills for a reason, put hands on a legit JJB black belt or a legit wrestler and see what happens.

You will end in a guillotine "seconds chrono" and won't be able to bite anything, you will use your arms to survive and breath a little more cuz you will feel like you're dying in here, if you try to reach for his balls, he will just roll and finish you in your back.

You don't grapple with a legit grappler, you just get submitted in 3 seconds, better pray to get a "testicle" quick.

because one person trains exclusively with his hands, and the other trains with everything else that you can use in a streetfight, namely takedowns.

why on earth would you pick the limited guy?

floyd would be a hugely limited fighter in MMA. all he knows how to do is box, he literally has no other kills.

Well, that's not true at all.

Conor achieved a lot in the sport, his record is quite one of the best current record in MMA, TOP 5 easy.

If we see fighting a boxing ATG for his first boxing fight, and coming back after a retirement of 2 years to fight a MMA P4P TOP 5 dude with no tune up as simple steps up then YES...

That's always the same in combat sport, when you lose a fight, you're "overrated" bla bla bla

I swear you guys 2010s fans would have called Frazier overrated for losing to Ali and Foreman.

No wonder why McGregor is one the few fighter in the world to take solid risks.

The shoulder roll stance just beg for a take down.

You go to Floyd ankles then murder him on the flour.

Foyd could be quickly beat by a JJB purple belt to be honest unless he has been training properly grappling.

boxing just begs for a takedown, man. you set up way too close to react to a single leg takedown. or to check a kick to your legs. MMA guys are probably 2X the distance apart at all times on average when tey stand up. maybe even more.
