That's a lie. If they were papering the building, they wouldn't have been opening more sections and raising ticket prices. Your conspiracy theory makes absolutely no sense.

What? You think boxing fans don't have fight parties for even semi big fights?

You are so correct! and it really burns them now that all of sudden he has piqued interest back into the American Heavyweight boxing scene by selling more than $1mil worth of tickets, in less than 25 minutes at the Staples Center.

Wrong! As soon as Big Baby knocks one of your heroes out (probably Whyte), Big baby's fight with Wilder will be must see also. Americans are fickle, they ain't going wild over the average fights ... but go really big on the big fights. You Celts & Scots aren't used to having the center-of-attention heavyweights. You'all are spending crazy bucks to see Joshua vs anyone.

Americans are fickle, but big fights will always do better here than anywhere. Wilder is NOW getting big fights. His Team knows the US market, that's why they could offer and guarantee $50 million to the story changer

Why are Brits such fangirls though? I support US fighters, and any other fighters that show they have it and want it. But you girls are such shameless cheerleaders ...

Also, hold up home. The last I've noticed Fury is from the U.K. He is not from the U.S. He's hardly even known in the states. So he is not the one who is selling these tickets; Deontay Wilder is.

Besides, if Fury is indeed the one who is driving up these ticket sales then it's good thing for us all because the American public are paying their money to watch Deontay Wilder knock this potty, foul mouth punk clean the fuck out.
Do yourself a favour and watch this.

It's your man Shelly Finkel being caught lying about making the Joshua fight.

If you can't see that he and Warren sabotaged the fight to make Fury v Wilder instead then you are ******ed.

                  It's a good start. I understand the price varies from $75 - about $3000?

Let's just work on basis of average $125 and it would suggest they have sold around 8k? Not sure how much the place holds ?

This is why it’s great to fight good opponents, Wilder would have been selling tickets like this 10 fights ago if he took some risks.

He's only been champ for three years. In that time, he agreed to fight Povetkin in Russia, paid a huge step aside to fight Ortiz instead of Stiverne, gave Ortiz a second chance and fought him after a failed test, and is now fighting Tyson Fury.

Wilder is the clear #2 in the boxrec ratings, with almost twice as many points as #3.

How is that possible if he hasn't taken any risks?
