And it never occurred to you that how much someone wants something influences how much you can try to charge them?

Nose bleeds for Mayweather vs. Pacquiao were priced at $1,500. Nose bleeds for Vargas vs. Dulorme were priced at $30. That doesn't indicate to you that an event has to be very in demand to be able to charge $1,500 for the worst seats?

Why won't you answer whether you're a teenager or not?

We have a very different definition of in-demand to each other.

I'm 36 if you must know.

My definition is based on decades of promoting events, working for other promoters, being heavily involved in determining ticket prices, on sales, venues of various sizes, etc.

What is your definition based on?

What experience or education do you have in the field of economics? Do you not think Mayweather vs Pacquiao would have sold out in minutes if tickets had been priced cheaper?

Your definition is based on promoting fights and working with other promoters? Hahahahahahaha.

            Check Google for my definition.

Sure thing. Let's see what google says . . .

              in demand
              phrase of demand
              sought after.

Still hasn't dawned on you that how in demand something is determines how much you can get away with charging?

When the prices are set for Mayweather vs Pacquiao, they know exactly what to price the tickets at to cause an instant sell out. But then that just causes a bunch of scalpers to make a killing on the secondary market.

An event selling 90,000 tickets for $10 million isn't more in demand than an event selling 15,000 tickets for $72 million. The $72 million event could have easily sold 90,000 tickets for $10 million if they wanted to. Would you rather have $72 million or $10 million? Some events are so in demand that you can create artificial scarcity and jack the price up to extreme levels. You can't get away with that for events that have less demand.

By your logic, a 5,000 seat venue selling 5,000 tickets in five minutes for $5 each is more in demand than selling 15,000 tickets for a 16,000 seat venue for $5,000 per ticket. Think about how ****** that sounds.

These numbers prove that AJ has already lost some of his luster at the bargaining table. They used to say that Wilder couldn't sell tickets. Nobody knows him in America.

So what are the excuses now? You see how they lack the courage to even comment on this topic. Once again morality wins!
I expect it makes an AJ vs Wilder fight in the US more than feasibl and gives Hearn very little room to wriggle and bs. All this said if Fury wins I doubt Hearn will be wanting to make the fight any quicker than his already reluctance ass is right now.
