Just wait until after dec 1st and talk then in good faith to give us fans the fight we really want to see
Exactly! Hearn is up to his shady tactics again. He said himself that Wilder would become the A-side if he gets 1 million ppv buys. It should be common sense to not negotiate until the outcome is known.

You also mentioned Good Faith, and Eddie has not been negotiating in good faith.

The fans need to keep hammering Hearn about ducking Wilder.

      Don't let up.

Wow...what timing Hearn has. Hard to take this serious, but at the same time he is making Wilder and Fury bigger names by associating them with AJ....

Both sides are to blame in some form or another and unfortunately, in this day and age, the blame will almost always go to the “b side”.

At this point might as well sit back and enjoy the s hit show and hope none lose...though Fury winning would make things very interesting and at least get rid of all this back and forth.

I disagree. Wilder’s side has made errors during negotiations but I don’t doubt their want as far as making the fight. Eddie Hearn doesn’t want the fight. Not now, anyway. We can agree to disagree on this as I have no interest in going back and forth on it.

So if Wilder accepts this offer the fight happens in April right?

Only noticeable defense is Ortiz, who is beleived to be way older than 36 and even IF he was 36 he is still past prime which he never has done anything with to prove himself as a top guy unlike Povetkin, Klitschko and both Parker and Whyte have better resumes as well. Wilders way worse considering that is the story with 'context' for 40 fights.

Don't throw stones in glass houses.
Stiverne loss was in his 13th professional fight; following that, Stiverne went something like 12-0-1, was the WBC Silver champion and rated #1 by the WBC, and was basically seen by everyone as a top 5, if not top 3 heavyweight fighter in the sport.

Again, there's no need to lie.

Eric Molina, Joseph Parker, Dominic Breazeale, Carlos Takam, Dillian Whyte, etc are all about the same level of fighters, with Charles Martin and Gerald Washington both being below that, and and Povetkin/Klitschko/Ortiz being above that.

Any objective look at the resumes of Deontay Wilder and Anthony Joshua would have then basically equal with the Povetkin fight, with Wilder's first three years as a pro coming in the kind of learning fights that Anthony Joshua basically picked up by fighting on an actual national boxing team, with the national coaches (Rob McCracken in particular) schooling him.

I'm sorry Edward but it's too late now. We're watching Wilder/Fury. You had the entire 2018 calendar year in order to make a Wilder/Joshua fight happen but failed to deliver. So all my best for the Whyte/Joshua bout on April 13, 2019.

Can’t argue with that. Hearn is definitely not in as big hurry but only cuz the gettin’ is already good money wise for him and AJ so I could see why he’s not rushing ... I guess. Problem is that Wilder is only going to get better and the better fights he’s in, the more he learns.

Really, Wilder is the one who benefits the longer the fight doesn’t go on imo.
