I don't know that. What is the most compelling evidence you have?

Floyd showed levels of dehydration thats why he was given IV.

I once took a Greyhound to the races the dog was excited and slightly dehydrated after the trip he was given IV Hartmans Solution iv fluids 500ml which is half a bag 4 hrs before the race.
That dog weighed 68lbs, he could have recieved up to 1500ml.

You dont know what your talking about, but then most haters on a witch hunt dont, they just see some things and other things are ignored because it squashes their agenda.

Tell me why Arum and Manny not pushing hard on this ? seeing as you have so much evidence why do they have no evidence that stands up legally, does that not tell you nothing is there to pursue.

Floyd was tested prior the IV, that means the IV is irrelevant to that test sample right ?
Unless he was severely dehydrated he would not get a retroactive TUE.

And if he was that severely dehydrated, how would that happen?

Nope, for Floyd's home IV infusion, he needed an advance TUE.

Only in medical emergencies, in hospital, during surgery or clinical investigations would Floyd get a retroactive TUE.

And that retroactive TUE never came back till 20 days later.

So why let him fight if he could have been doping, unless they knew they would fix it for him to clear it, no matter what.

The rules clearly state in hospital/surgery/etc you don't need a TUE at all, let alone retroactive TUE. Are you struggling to read?

Nope, it says you don't need a TUE but you have to apply for a retroactive TUE

No, it doesn't say that anywhere. You're making that up. It plainly states you don't need a TUE for hospital/surgery/etc.

You do need TUE for in home, which Floyd received retroactively.

V infusions during home visits, urgent care or after-hours clinics, boutique IV and rehydration services, and doctor’s office visits are not hospital admissions and would require an approved TUE in advance.

What part of that don't you understand?

Why does a Harvard Lawyer with an axe to grind and millions of dollars not pursue it, they have access to more than you do .

                    Answer it ?

                      Yes, answer the question.

What was the medical emergency that required Floyd to have a banned IV on the eve of his fight with Pacquiao?
